The basic question is ‘Who Are We?”

In order to answer that question we need to answer ‘Why are we here?’ and ‘What is our purpose here on Earth?’

Many religions and scientists try to answer this and what results for most of us is a lot of items that disagree with each other.  This causes us to ignore or embrace one version over another.

Certainly the people that belief people are basically lazy and no good, treat others differently than people that believe everyone is a God in training, and have the possibilities of creating anything they want in the world.  If you believe everyone is doing the best they can (including yourself) you will automatically treat others differently than you would if you thought they were trying to take advantage of you or make you afraid of them.  Treating others as if they were what they were supposed to be is an old methodology that really works in being a leader.

Your view of how you think others are is your ‘World View.’

Most people have a hunger for meaning and purpose in their life that is beyond the power of any rational or logistic system to provide.  What is the answer? In order to answer the question we still need to differentiate and quantify ‘World Views.’

How do you think other people are?

Do you believe:

1.   People are lazy and no good?

2.   People are beautiful and wonderful?

3.   Somewhere in between?

Is this too simple?

We see that many people are trying to explain the ‘World View’ in an attempt to find meaning and purpose in their life.

So here we have multiple ideas about World Views from many different sources.

When we stop and think about it we have many people with many different ‘World Views.”  We have people that would just as soon shoot you as look at you.

Now we can start to define the different ‘World Views’ and what they have to do with our future!

The response people have to different situations depends on their ‘World View’.
