How to place an order through Wordclay's Bookstore Web site

 

Choose Your Title:

  • There are several ways to search for the title you want: by author, title, ISBN, keyword or browse by genre.
  • Enter information into the search bar in the Bookstore navigation to search for books (not the general search bar on the top right, but the bar that says "Search the Bookstore" on the left-hand side of the window).
  • Once you have found the title you want, click the "Add to Cart" button.

Your Shopping Cart:

  • Once you click "Add to Cart," you will be taken to the first step of the ordering process. At this point, you can choose to continue to "check out now" or "continue shopping" by clicking the appropriate button.
  • Once you click "Add to Cart ," the item is in your cart. If you continue shopping, the item(s) will remain in your cart until you are ready to check out.
  • If you would like to remove something from your cart, click the blue crossed-out circle on the right side of the window. 
  • If you would like to change the quantity of books ordered, type the desired quantity of books in the box provided, and then click “Update Total.”
  • Please note that the total given on this page is not your grand total. There will be a shipping cost associated with all books. You will not be given a shipping cost until after you have entered a shipping address and method in the following steps.
  • Once you have all items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, click “Check out Now .”
  • If you were not previously logged in, you will be prompted to do so at this time. If you have not previously registered, you can complete the quick and easy user registration to log in.

Step 1: Billing and Shipping Address

  • Enter your billing address by choosing one of the following:
    • Use Existing: If you have used more than one address previously, there will be a drop-down box displaying multiple choices.
    • Create New: If you need to enter a different address than the one(s) supplied, enter the new information in the boxes provided.
  • Please note that some of the fields are required.
  • We remember your alternate billing addresses for your convenience only. You information is stored securely and we do not use this information in any other way.
  • Enter your shipping address by choosing one of the following:
    • Same as Billing: your billing address will auto-fill the shipping address fields.
    • Create New: Enter a new address in the boxes provided.
  • We cannot ship to a PO Box address. Please provide a street address.
  • When you have entered all of your information, click “continue to payment options ” to continue to the next step.

Step 2: Payment Options

  • Verify that your shipping address is correct. You can change it if necessary.
  • Select your shipping method. Please remember that paperback books take about 2-3 days to print. Selecting 2nd or Next Day Air will not expedite the printing process.
  • Enter your credit card information. The Wordclay Bookstore can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit or check cards for payment.
  • Select the type of card you are using, enter the card number, expiration date and the CVV number. Click “On to confirm and purchase ” to continue your order.

Step 3: Confirm Your Order

  • Review all of the information for your order, including the shipping and billing address, the item(s) you're purchasing, the quantity, price, shipping method, payment method and total.
  • Review your payment information carefully before submitting your order. Please note the grand total with shipping.
  • Once you have confirmed your order, click “Submit Order Now. ”
  • It may take a few moments to process the transaction. Clicking “Submit Order Now ” multiple times or refreshing the page while the transaction is processing may result in multiple orders.
  • Once your book has been printed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail (approximately 4-7 days after your order is placed) that includes the tracking number to track your package (except for media mail and most international orders).
