How can I track a package?
You can contact us at any time at to check the status of your package. Once your package has been shipped, we can provide you with a UPS tracking number (unless you chose the media mail shipping option or your order is being shipped to a destination outside of the United States or Canada).

As a print-on-demand publisher, your order will be printed specifically for you. Paperback books are printed within five business days, and then they are shipped via UPS Ground from LaVergne, Tenn. (If an order is place from overseas, your book(s) will be printed and shipped from Milton Keynes, England.) We offer UPS Next Day and Second Day Air as shipping alternatives for an additional charge. When selecting the Next Day or the Second Day Air option, the books will ship after the designated print time. (Example, Second Day Air on a paperback book will arrive approximately seven days after the order has been processed.
International orders, including orders to Alaska and Canada via USPS Media Mail, cannot be tracked or insured. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii via USPS Media Mail take approximately two to four weeks, unless otherwise specified. Orders to Canada depend on UPS Canada Ground Delivery Terms.
Due to the nature of our business, orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed. Most titles are non-returnable, however, some title do carry a returnable status, so check each book individually before ordering. Please double-check all shipping/billing addresses, quantities and shipping options before submitting your order.
