How do I register with Wordclay's book publishing Web site?

Once you arrive at the Wordclay home page, click the "Get Started" tab to register for the first time. Enter the information requested on the registration form. Some fields are required in order to continue and others are optional. After you are registered, you do not need to re-register in the future, you can just enter your username and password under the "My Account" tab .

Please review our publisher user agreement before registering in order to fully understand the requirements to become a published author.

Are there any special requirements for my password, user name or challenge question?

Yes, your password must be between 6-24 characters in length, and can only contain letters or numbers. The password is case sensitive, so, for example, "CatandDog" is not the same as "catanddog."

What should I do if I forget my password or username?

Click on the link under the user log in page to reset your password. You will receive an e-mail (sent to your e-mail address on file) containing a new, temporary password. Use the temporary password to log in to your account, and then change it to whatever you wish. Make sure to enter the password exactly as it appears, because it is case sensitive (upper and lower case letters must be entered accordingly).

Why can't I log in even though the password and username are correct?

There is most likely a security-level issue. On your computer, set the Internet security levels to "low" and try again (under "Tools" > "Internet Options…"). Even medium levels of security can cause problems for some users.

Also, make sure you are entering your password and user name correctly. Make sure the "Caps Lock" is off, not on by accident.
