On May 14, 2008 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wordclay author Tamesha S. Hawkins will be a featured poet at the First Person Salons at the Gershman Y event, held at 401 S. Broad St. in Philadelphia. Hawkins will present poetry from her collection, Sugar Lumps and Black Eye Blues. Other featured performances include music by Matt Davis and Aerial Photograph, a solo performance by Martha Kemper and photography by Christopher Paquette.
